House Rules

Yes. The listings are operated as professionally managed serviced apartments by OneStay.

Each studio is designed for up to 2 guests with the exception of studios 18 and 20, which can only accommodate 1 guest.

Some studios are not suitable for children or infants due to layout and space limitations. Please check the individual studio listing before booking.

Pets are generally not permitted unless specifically agreed in advance and only in certain studios. Please contact us and we’ll be happy to review.

Yes, OneStay studios are ideal for both short city breaks and longer stays thanks to the kitchenette facilities, workspace areas, and laundry access.

Warwick Avenue and Maida Vale Underground stations are both within walking distance, offering quick access to central London.

Oxford Circus can be reached in around 13 minutes by tube.

Yes. Paddington Station is nearby, providing direct Heathrow Express connections to the airport.

Unfortunately, we don’t have any parking facilities available. However, there are several convenient parking options nearby.

Resident parking bay restrictions in the area are in effect daily from 8:30am to 6:00pm. After 6:00pm, parking in these bays is free of charge.

If you need parking during the day, there are pay-and-display bays located on most nearby streets. We recommend downloading RingGo or JustPark, as both apps will show you the nearest available bays and allow you to pay easily.

For the most convenient and hassle-free option, we’d recommend ParkBee at 73 Lanark Rd, London W9 1UB. It’s just a short walk from the building and offers 24+ hour parking with additional security.

Check-in is available from 2:00 PM onwards, and check-out is before 11:00 AM.

Yes. All studios offer self check-in using either a smart lock, lockbox, or electronic access system.

We will always try and help our guests where we can and if we can accommodate an early check-in or late check-out, we’re happy to do so at no additional cost. However, aren’t able to guarantee either in advance and would only be able to confirm the day before check-in/check out.

The studios include compact kitchenettes suitable for preparing simple meals and snacks. Guests also have access to a communal kitchen area within the building.

Yes, complimentary superfast secure broadband and Wi-Fi are available throughout the property.

Yes. Each studio includes a small desk or dedicated workspace suitable for laptops and remote working. The only exception is studio 20.

Yes. There is a washing machine and dryer available to use on the lower ground floor of the building.

Unfortunately, we do not have air conditioning installed in the apartment. However, we have provided a fan in each apartment to help keep our guests comfortable during the warmer weather.

We also recommend opening the windows to allow the warm air to circulate out and improve ventilation throughout the apartment.

Yes. Hotel-quality towels, bed linen, shampoo, and essential toiletries are included.

To help guests settle in, we provide an initial supply of toilet rolls at the start of each stay. As this is a self-catering property, any additional supplies required during your visit will need to be purchased by guests.

Yes. There is a small garden to the rear of the building that is available to all guests.

Yes. The building benefits from CCTV surveillance to external areas and entrance hallway. Both the building and apartment entrances are accessible via individual access codes.

Yes. Guests receive an e-access card which also provides discounts at selected local restaurants and independent shops. Please see info@onestay.co for more information.

No. Smoking is not permitted inside the studios or communal areas.
